About Dennis Soto, Esq.
Mr. Soto is a seasoned legal professional with a distinguished background in both U.S. and Philippine legal environments. A California Licensed attorney, he practiced law in the US for 13 years before relocating to the Philippines.
In the Philippines, Mr. Soto brought his legal acumen to leadership roles within the business process outsourcing (BPO) and banking sectors. Most notably, he served as Assistant Vice President and Head of the Legal Administration Department at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), one of the country’s leading financial institutions. In this role, he oversaw legal operations and administrative support for the bank’s corporate legal functions, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulatory standards.
Mr. Soto's legal practice is now solely dedicated to Immigration. He specializes in family-based petitions, removal of conditions, and Naturalization.
Mr. Soto holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
With over three decades of legal and leadership experience across jurisdictions, Mr. Soto offers a rare combination of U.S. legal training and in-depth understanding of Philippine corporate legal systems.
